About Registering – Read First:

The Basics: The first time you register here will build your initial profile so it will ask you basic questions about you, your contact info, and the type of membership you are wanting to register with. You can also include info about breeds you work and other breed clubs you are a member of, if applicable. As we upgrade and develop the site, your profile will also update to show the details you have submitted and you will be able to update info as you need.

How is your submitted info used:
1. Profile – Your internal profile is created.
2. Updates/info – When we have club or show info, or if there is a special opportunity to share, your contact info will let us reach out to you as a member.
3. Online Public Member List – We will use the info you choose to add you to the publicly available member list that is shared online. Only minimal info is shared for Individual, Family, and Junior Members. Farm Members can choose more extensive details but those details are chosen by the member.
4. Payments – Payment info is NOT saved here. Payments are processed through the PayPal platform so that it is protected through PayPal. Virginia Poultry Breeders does NOT save your payment info on this website.

Online Public Members Directory:

The Virginia Poultry Breeders Association membership includes a VPBA Public Members Directory that is included on the website.

Your membership will determine what details will be included. You can opt for the generic listing that will only include: First Initial, Last Name, State, NPIP number, if applicable. Or you can opt to choose some details more specifically in how they will be listed.

Your answers in the following sections will be used for the public membership list and the internal club use, only where it applies.
