Add Your Club Meet(s) for the next VPBA Annual Fall Show this November

VPBA Fall DOUBLE CARD Open & Single Card Junior Show is held annually the Saturday BEFORE Thanksgiving at Caroline County Agricultural Fairgrounds in Ruther Glen, VA. The Open Show is Double Card and are APA and ABA sanctioned.

All breed clubs are invited to join in the fun and add a meet for YOUR club at the show. It’s a great opportunity for your club members to accrue points, if applicable, bragging rights, if applicable, and have a great day with other poultry enthusiasts.

What type of meet or meets?

This is a double card show. Breed clubs most often opt for meets on both cards. What type of meet, or combination of meets are wanted for your breed club? (Example meet types: National, State, District, Special, Club)

Breed Club Specific Awards: Breed Clubs will be responsible for distributing your club's awards by someone authorized by your club whether done the day of the show or distributed later. Please simply acknowledge you understand this.

If the breed club would rather mail awards to participants who place, if applicable, this is definitely acceptable. Please just do not promise your club that they will get awards day of for your club if there is no one available and willing to distribute them as this is the breed club's responsibility and not the responsibility of VPBA.

If you choose NO but are wanting to request a breed club of interest to have a meet, you must list that clubs secretary or club email address, as well as website/Facebook (if available), and a phone number (if available) so that we can reach out to them.

Sponsorship - The VPBA is seeking sponsors for the upcoming show. Sponsors can be individuals, farms, breed clubs, and businesses. Would you check out sponsorship info if we email them? Even if you cannot sponsor personally, maybe you know someone who could.
